ANNEALING TEMPERATURES’ EFFECTS ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF Ba0.95Sr0.05TiO3 FILMS. Ferroelectric materials, one of which is Barium Strontium Titanate (BST), can be applied for photovoltaic. films function as the P-type semiconductor in P-N junction. BST (Ba0.95Sr0.05TiO3) have been deposited on Pt/Si (111) and quartz substrates via CSD method prepared by spin coater. The were annealed at various temperatures 800 °C, 900 1000 °C to observe annealing temperatures' effects microstructure optical properties films. From XRD results, intensity diffraction peaks gets higher along with temperature. It thus causes level crystallization crystal size increase. morphology results reveal that grains getting larger examined include absorbance bandgap energy values. Values show a decrease increasing sintering smallest film achieved 3.20 eV. temperature attained from this study considered candidate photovoltaic ferroelectric material.
